We partner with teams across international markets, including Supply Chain Operations, Merchandising, Replenishment, Transportation, Finance, and Technology, to design and implement scalable solutions that optimize inventory levels, streamline product flow, and simplify store execution.

Our work combines data analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex supply chain challenges and deliver measurable business impact. What You'll Do:

  • Support end-to-end inventory flow optimization initiatives, including inventory planning, replenishment, distribution, and store execution.
  • Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to evaluate performance trends, identify root causes, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and Technology to support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable solutions that optimize inventory levels, reduce operational complexity, and improve product flow from suppliers to stores.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and project updates to communicate findings, track progress, and support data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without a requirement for current or future sponsorship
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
  • Willingness to relocate to Walmart’s Home Office in Bentonville, AR, for both the internship and potential full-time opportunity post-graduation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance aligned with company values.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and business partners.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management and flow path optimization to support operational efficiency.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights for informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage varied audiences and listen attentively.
  • A growth mindset with curiosity, resilience, and openness to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Commitment to delivering results while prioritizing customer and member needs.
