Role summary:
The Senior Manager will own the local market development strategy from prospect identification through relationship development, solution design, negotiation, launch, and expansion. This leader may also oversee a small business development and sales team remotely in emerging markets and provide commercial leadership to the Manager responsible for launching and scaling a new residential installation services business.
About the team:
Our team is a field-focused growth group dedicated to building a new service line for commercial and small business clients while establishing a distinct brand. We identify, develop, and convert new customer relationships across B2B, SMB, and B2C segments. The team drives strategic partnerships and business development to support sustained growth and market expansion.
What you'll do:
Drive Net-New Sales and Revenue Growth
- Lead customer acquisition from initial prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, close, onboarding, and expansion.
- Create account strategies for complex prospects involving multiple locations, services, stakeholders, or decision-makers.
- Build compelling value propositions based on customer needs, service capabilities, speed, quality, convenience, and total cost.
- Lead high-value customer presentations, proposals, pilots, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop relationships that create opportunities for recurring revenue and long-term account growth rather than transactional sales alone.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure commitments made during the sales process can be operationalized and scaled successfully.
- Maintain disciplined follow-through to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
What you'll bring:
