- Build long-term strategy for Address Management and Dropoff Experience with internal tools

- Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance to ensure project success.

- Solid understanding of business operations, organizational KPIs, and technology landscape relevant to strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage risks effectively and implement corrective actions to maintain program health and alignment with goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
