Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare and execute budgets, develop cost estimates, and approve purchases for projects
- Manage internal scheduled projects, prioritize work assignments, and ensure timely completion
- Gather capital expenditures lists and develop scopes of work to update existing assets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines
- Control costs through price comparisons and warranty claims
- Complete and submit required documentation and reports
- Lead and evaluate the performance of third-party providers
- Troubleshoot and provide exceptional customer service
- Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
- No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle
- Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
