Checkout and Service Host Team Associate

### Position Summary The Front End Service Associate provides friendly, efficient customer service while supporting checkout and other front-end operations. ### What You'll Do - Assist customers at registers and self-checkout - Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges - Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately - Help customers locate merchandise and answer questions - Assist with loading merchandise into customer vehicles as needed - Keep the front-end area clean, organized, and stocked - Troubleshoot basic register and checkout equipment issues - Return merchandise to the appropriate departments - Follow safety, security, and company procedures - Work with team members to complete daily priorities ### Key Skills - Customer Service - Cash Register Operation - Payment Processing - Communication - Teamwork - Attention to Detail
