Operator

• Operation of gas, electric, and or carburizing furnace(s)
• Start-up and shut-down procedures associated with furnace(s)
• Perform Hardness checks and log results
• Operate fire extinguisher system
• Operate crane hoist for normalizing conveyor
• Magnaflux for cracks
• Understand and adjust speed on normalizing, oil and water conveyors
• Operate Company computer System
• Operate fork truck
• Maintain required quantity and quality levels
• Follow all safety regulations
