  • Manage credits, charges, rebates, refunds, balance transfers, payment activities, program exceptions, and approved special pricing adjustments or discounts.
  • Process pricing updates, credit rebills, replant transactions, and corrections to invoicing errors to maintain accurate customer accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports and journal entries, support audits, and coordinate cash application activities with the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor and resolve unprocessed deferred payment loan transactions and transaction processing error reports.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding account balances, account summaries, refunds, and settlement activity; promote invoice integrity and accurate customer correspondence.

Program Administration and Data Integrity

  • Administer assigned LumiGEN™, Farm Manager, and customer programs in accordance with program requirements, process guidelines, and deadlines.
  • Provide day-to-day program support to sales teams, product managers, coordinators, and customers, including guidance on transaction requirements and exceptions.
  • Maintain competitive product databases and related competitive intelligence records to support reliable business information.
  • Validate the completeness and accuracy of program data, pricing data, credit rebill, replant, and customer account data; investigate and coordinate correction of discrepancies.

Transactional Expertise, Controls, and Issue Resolution

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for complex transaction, settlement, pricing, and account discrepancies; coordinate resolution across teams and follow issues through completion.
  • Evaluate inquiries through effective questioning, research, and analysis; engage the appropriate resources and communicate clear resolution steps.
  • Identify recurring errors, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions that improve accuracy and prevent rework.
  • Validate required approvals and supporting documentation for adjustments, refunds, rebates, and settlements; maintain complete records to support audits and financial controls.
  • Monitor transaction accuracy, unresolved items, aging balances, and processing deadlines; escalate risks that could affect customers, settlements, or revenue.

Customer Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide responsive, professional customer service while balancing customer needs, program requirements, and broader business impacts.
  • Partner with Pricing, Cash Application, Product Management, Sales Support, and Leadership to resolve issues, support financial accuracy, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, program requirements, and implemented changes clearly through business correspondence, conversations, and presentations.
  • Share relevant customer feedback with sales representatives, dealers, and field sales teams to support timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Support teammates within the assigned area and across North America when requested, helping maintain service continuity and meet business deadlines.

Process Improvement, Training, and Change Support

  • Maintain procedures and job aids for assigned processes and promote consistent execution across teams and locations.
  • Provide transactional guidance, coaching, and cross-training on program requirements, sales systems, financial processes, and exception handling.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on changes that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and strengthen customer service.
  • Support testing and validation of system updates, pricing changes, and program enhancements to confirm accurate transaction processing.
  • Communicate implemented changes and support adoption through updated documentation and knowledge sharing.
