Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager DOT Code: DOT FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $54,000 - $65,000 per year
Position Summary The Assistant Operations Manager supports daily operations of an FAA-regulated aviation organization operating under 14 CFR Part 21 and Part 145. This Includes ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production, maintenance, inspection, repair, overhaul, and quality-control activities. The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager, Quality and Engineering, to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved data, customer requirements, company procedures, and the organization's approved manuals.
