Position Summary:
As a Valet Attendant, you are the first and last impression for our guests. Your primary role is to provide a positive, friendly, and exceptional hospitality experience while ensuring safe, careful, and efficient vehicle handling. In this role, you will serve as a polished, welcoming face for our partner establishment.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Safety First: Always operate guest vehicles carefully and prioritize the safety of yourself, teammates, and clients to minimize any potential for accidents.
- Stay Organized: Meticulously track vehicle keys and vehicle locations throughout the garage or lot.
- Deliver 5-Star Service: Engage with guests enthusiastically using VPNE-approved professional communication, maintaining an upbeat personality and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Maintain Brand Standards: Look sharp, remain impeccably well-groomed, and wear the official uniform proudly to match our high establishment standards.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate smooth shift transitions and complete light cleaning or organizational tasks as assigned to keep operations running perfectly.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional valet experience required.
- Transmission Skills: Must be fully proficient in operating manual transmissions (stick-shift) and capable of passing a physical driving test.
- Driving Skills: Must possess a valid Driver’s License in your state of residency with a clean driving record deemed insurable by our insurance provider.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to run, move quickly, stand for long periods, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Background Screening: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check and Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) check.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Fully proficient in English (both verbal and written) with excellent relationship-building skills.
