Job Details

• Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (16 hours per week)

• Location: Maison Vernon

• Pay: 20.00/ hour

Responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact, you will blend premier hospitality with daily property operations to keep our building welcoming, secure, and clean.

• First-Class Resident & Guest Relations: Greet everyone with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. Build rapport, assist visitors, offer information on building amenities, and share insights on local attractions to make residents truly feel at home.
• Valet & Front-Door Operations: Proudly maintain a "ready to serve" posture. Prioritize guest needs, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a seamless flow at the building entrance.
• Security & Access Control: Actively monitor lobby activity, surveillance, and fire systems. Control visitor and vendor access while strictly enforcing building entry protocols to keep our community safe.
• Package & Mail Management: Efficiently receive, sort, log, and store incoming deliveries, mail, and dry cleaning for residents.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to company cash-handling guidelines, maintain a safe environment, and keep the lobby and drive areas pristine by sweeping, emptying trash, and handling other upkeep duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Core Criteria: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensing: Hold a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Driving Skills: 2 years of driving or valet experience is highly preferred.
• Manual Transmission: Ability to drive a stick shift is highly preferred.
• Mindset: Exceptional customer service skills, great eye contact, strong communication, and a commitment to using preferred company word choices to elevate the resident experience.

This is an active role that keeps you moving! To succeed, you must be able to:

• Run, bend, stand, or sit for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Push a minimum of 100 pounds.
