- Successful candidates will possess the ability to: Have great time management skill. 2. Complete Daily Electronic Activity Report (DAR) and Incident Reports. 3. Effectively communicate with supervisor by voice, text, or email. 4. Observes and report any safety hazards or suspicious activity. 5. Visually Deter property loss from fires, vandalism, and theft. 6. Ensure access control procedures is enforced. 7. Follow Company Policy and procedures. 8. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
