Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Associate in Pacheco California 94553.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:

Manufacturing & Production

• Prepare, fill, and label stock solutions and finished products according to manufacturing instructions.
• Print and apply product labels, data sheets, and related manufacturing documentation.
• Generate and complete batch records and other required production documentation.
• Clean and prepare laboratory glassware, containers, and measuring devices according to established procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including an auto bagger, according to approved procedures.
• Assist with the setup and operation of an automated filling line under the direction of senior staff or supervisors.

GMP & Quality Compliance

• Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with applicable GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality system requirements.
• Ensure containers, measuring devices, equipment, and work areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Monitor equipment and instrumentation to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Complete required manufacturing documentation accurately and in accordance with document control procedures.
• Identify and communicate process deviations, production issues, and potential quality improvements to supervisors.

Laboratory & Production Support

• Monitor supply levels and restock materials as needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

Schedule: 1st shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and established manufacturing procedures.

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $23.46 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
