Volt is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Associate in Pacheco California 94553.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:

Responsibilities:

GMP Compliance

• Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with applicable GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements.
• Ensure containers, measuring devices, and workspaces are cleaned and maintained according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment and instrumentation during use to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Complete required documentation accurately and contemporaneously according to document control procedures.

Product Assembly and Manufacturing

• Prepare, fill, and label stock solutions and finished products according to manufacturing instructions.
• Print and apply labels, data sheets, and associated documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Generate and complete batch records and associated manufacturing documentation.
• Clean and prepare laboratory glassware, containers, and measuring devices in accordance with established cleaning procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including the auto bagger in accordance with approved procedures.
• Assist in the setup and operation of the automated filling line under the direction of senior staff or supervisors.

Laboratory Operations Support

• Monitor laboratory supply levels and restock materials as needed to support manufacturing activities.
• Maintain an organized and compliant laboratory workspace.

Quality and Process Adherence

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality system requirements.
• Identify and communicate process deviations, issues, or potential quality improvements to supervision.

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with zero to two (0 – 2) years Manufacturing experience.

Pay range: $23.00- $23.46 per hour.

Shift: 1st shift - 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
