Job Posting: Residential Shift Supervisor (RSS)
Location: Sheboygan, WI | Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Pay: 20.57/hr average(18.00/hr weekdays | $27.00/hr weekends) + Daily Pay option
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Oversight: Supervise daily site operations, manage shift changes, and ensure required coverage.
- Staff Leadership: Coach DSPs, track attendance, assist with onboarding, and conduct medication training.
- Direct Care & Support: Follow ISPs/BSPs, provide crisis intervention, and assist with personal care/medications.
- Quality & Audits: Perform monthly site inspections, track medication logs, and enforce abuse prevention policies.
- Site Admin: Manage household budgets, grocery runs, and supply inventories.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Age 18+, High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, caregiver background check, basic computer skills.
- Preferred: 1+ years caregiving/DSP experience, 1+ years supervisory experience, CBRF/AFH certifications, CPR certification.
