Master Facility Planner

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Master Facility Planner to support our AMC customer. This position will report onsite in Huntsville, AL 5 days a week (M-F).The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide onsite facility and installation support services to Headquarters, Army Materiel Command (AMC), and subordinate commands and installations.Responsibilities:Assist with the management, administration, and execution of the AMC Headquarters facility and installation support programsProvide onsite and remote training and technical assistance to AMC installation users of the Army Strategic Perspective for Infrastructure Requirements Evaluation (ASPIRE) (formerly Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS)) and Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP)Assist with development of installation facility requirements, stationing package validation and project justificationReview installation real property (Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS)) and force structure (Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP)) data to ensure accuracy and completeness of facility requirements in ASPIRE (RPLANS) and Infrastructure Status Report (ISR)Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical discipline5+ years of Army experience analyzing and integrating facilities and related data from multiple sources to create ad-hoc reports and project justificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint in a business office environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to travel 1 week/monthActive DoD Secret ClearanceDesired Qualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Power platform applications (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI) Experience working at an Army general officer level headquartersExperience using Army facility planning systems and criteria to develop facility requirements and project justification, including HQ IIS, ASPIRE (RPLANS), ASIP, ISR, Facility Sustainment Model, financial management and force structure systemsFamiliarity with the Army Vantage data and analytics platform VISTA offers a competitive leave package and a generous benefit plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, tuition assistance, and an employer matching 401(k) plan.Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
