Quotation Supervisor

Quoting and Estimating Supervisor - Gardena, CA - Full Time

A manufacturing facility in Gardena is seeking a Quoting and Estimating Supervisor to lead the quote team and manage the full RFQ process.

This role owns bid preparation, pricing accuracy, and cross-department coordination to ensure competitive, profitable quotes.

Key Duties

• Lead the quoting team; oversee staffing, training, and performance.
• Manage the full quoting cycle from opportunity to submission.
• Track high-volume RFQs and ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to gather bid requirements.
• Review bids before submission and support the transition from Bid Stage to NPI.
• Identify process improvements and drive quoting workflow efficiency.
• Communicate delays or issues to Sales/Management promptly.
• Run open-RFQ review meetings and track deliverables to completion.

Requirements

• 2+ years estimating experience (electronics manufacturing preferred).
• 2 years supervisory or lead experience.
• Knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read specs, drawings, and customer documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, CRM, ERP/MRP; CalcuQuote preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to aerospace/defense contract access.
