If you're looking for meaningful work that makes an impact, this is your opportunity. We're seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Production Worker to join our team at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA.

In this role, you will work alongside a group of VIP clients and their Job Coach, performing hands-on warehouse production tasks to help increase the group's overall productivity. This is a hands-on production position where you'll be working as part of the team, with occasional Job Coach coverage and assistance as needed.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday

• 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing lumping and unloading tasks as products arrive

• Hand palletizing goods according to warehouse standards

• Working alongside a group of clients and their Job Coach to complete daily production tasks

• Contributing to the group's overall productivity and helping meet production goals

• Stepping in to provide Job Coach coverage when needed

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Performing basic sanitation duties in work areas

• Following warehouse safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment

• Working collaboratively with VIP team members and warehouse personnel

What We're Looking For

• Someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and takes pride in getting the job done

• Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred

• A dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Someone comfortable working alongside individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

• Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

• A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Starting Rate: $19.00 per hour
