Villa Restaurant Group is looking for Seasonal Team Members to join our team at Villa Italian Kitchen at Topanga Mall for the upcoming holiday season.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal work through the holidays, with the potential to stay on as a Team Member long term based on business needs and performance.

We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who are willing to learn and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous restaurant experience is not required - we’re happy to train the right person!

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and welcoming service to our guests

• Take customer orders and accurately process payments

• Prepare and serve food and beverages

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Work with team members to keep operations running smoothly

• Help wherever needed during busy periods

• Answer guest questions and provide a positive experience

• Follow company policies and procedures
