JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will work within our company culture where Performance, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Celebration are the Core Values.
As the Community Solutions Director, you will lead Victra’s Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) business across a multi-market region, building and developing a team of Community Solutions Managers and the field representatives they lead. You will set the national strategy, own the results, and serve as Victra’s senior point of contact with Verizon Enhanced Communities leadership and national property management groups, turning apartment communities into long-term partners and driving Verizon Home Internet, Mobile, and Perks adoption at scale.
This is a field-based leadership role for someone who has built and scaled high-performing teams and is ready to grow a business, not just a territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of Community Solutions Managers across multiple markets, building strong leaders who coach and hold their own field teams accountable. · Own national performance: set targets, forecast results, and drive sales, penetration, and Perks adoption across the national MDU portfolio. · Set the national growth strategy, including which markets, property groups, and communities to prioritize, and lead expansion into new markets. · Build and maintain executive relationships with Verizon Enhanced Communities partners, regional and national property management companies, and negotiate partnerships that open new property portfolios. · Plan and manage the national budget, including headcount, resident event spends, travel, and other operating expenses. · Lead workforce planning: hire and onboard managers, guide representative hiring, and keep every market fully staffed. · Analyze pipeline, activity, and penetration data in CRM to spot trends, close performance gaps, and set priorities for managers. · Report national results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. · Build and improve the MDU playbook, including sales processes, resident event standards, training, and best practices shared across markets. · Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Training, and HR on compensation planning, programs, and the resources the team needs to succeed. · Serve as the final escalation point for complex property partner and resident issues, protecting key relationships. · Champion Victra’s Core Values and build a culture of performance, recognition, and accountability across the nation. · Travel regularly across the nation to work alongside managers, visit properties, and meet with partners.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. · 7+ years of experience in sales, leasing, property management, hospitality, or relationship management. · 3+ years of experience leading managers or multi-site teams, with a track record of developing leaders. · Proven record of hitting revenue and growth targets across multiple markets. · Experience building executive-level relationships and negotiating partnerships; multifamily, property management, or telecommunications experience strongly preferred. · Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L awareness. · Ability to turn data into strategy and clear direction for the team. · Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders and partner executives. · Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. · Ability to travel regularly across the nation, including overnight travel as needed. · Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for key events and market visits. · Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation. · Ability to pass property background and badging requirements. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in select markets.
WHY JOIN US? · Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation. · Monthly mileage reimbursement, company credit card, computer, and phone stipend. · Paid training and career development opportunities. · Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. · 401k retirement plan. · Tuition reimbursement. · Employee discounts on Verizon services. · Referral bonuses · Career pathing opportunities.
