  • Manage the Sample & Studio Assistant, who supports all sample-related work.
  • Track shipments, alert key stakeholders to delays, and troubleshoot problems with sample shipments, including issues affecting the photo shoot calendar.
  • Oversee sample tracking across multiple vendors, shoots, and content creators, and ensure sample milestones are met on time.
  • Lead cross-team communication on sample matters, including missing product, shipment delays, incorrect fit or color, and reshoots.
  • Ensure product descriptions, color, and fit are accurate to CADs and vendor photos, and flag any issues.
  • Own and maintain the studio shot list, and update related cross-functional documents as needed.
  • Confirm all styles on the shot list are available in the studio before each shoot, prepped and ready for production.
  • Identify new processes, efficiencies, and improvements to the sample workflow on an ongoing basis
