Maintain the integrated master program schedule covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Ensure robust change management, progress measurement, and corrective actions across all projects.
Own program‑level financial performance, forecasting, and margin protection.

Risk, Quality & HSE

Lead program‑level risk management with emphasis on construction, commercial, and safety risks.
Ensure compliance with Vertiv quality systems, regulatory obligations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Promote a strong safety culture and visible leadership across all construction sites.

Qualifications & Experience Mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
PMP certification preferred; PgMP advantageous, or equivalent program‑level construction delivery experience.
Minimum 15+ years experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure programs.
Proven experience in mission‑critical / data centre construction environments.

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong understanding of Vertiv construction delivery, commercial, and governance standards.
Working knowledge of PMI PMBOK® and Program Management Standard used as guiding frameworks.
