Communicate delivery risks, schedule vulnerabilities, and mitigation plans clearly to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Manage escalation pathways related to customer commitments, delivery changes, and execution risks.
Coordinate with general contractors, integrators, and customer installation teams to align on delivery sequencing, installation requirements, and site readiness needs.
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution plans across engineering, manufacturing, and logistics functions.

Track WIP, build readiness, test completion, and shipment sequencing to ensure on-time execution.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality, and Test teams to resolve execution constraints.
Ensure factory schedules are aligned to program priorities and customer delivery commitments.
Lead recovery actions for at-risk builds and coordinate prioritization decisions with operations leadership.
