Top Qualifications:
- Breadth of Agile experience (PMI-ACP cert would be ideal).
- Experience with coaching is key.
- Experienced managing large efforts/programs – not just tasks (program management vs. project management).
- No job hopping, someone who wants to learn/grow/is motivated.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong SDLC in an Enterprise environment PMO
