- Demonstrated integration and test experience with complex hardware/software systems.
- Experience authoring or supporting test plans, executing tests, resolving anomalies, and producing formal test reports.
- Hands-on System-of-Systems integration experience, including interface, timing, and interoperability troubleshooting across different subsystems.
- Multidisciplinary integration experience relevant to areas such as RF communications, autonomy, UGVs, small UAS, electronic warfare, munitions, or fuzes.
- Experience using bench and field instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and data acquisition systems.
- Python scripting experience for test automation and data analysis.
- Experience with use-case-driven or mission-thread-based verification and validation, including requirements traceability.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to create clear, technically accurate documentation for engineering teams and government customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer and contractor test ranges.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain the required DoD Secret clearance.

- RF and communications testing, including waveforms, link testing, tactical or mesh networks, GPS-denied environments, and contested-spectrum operations.
- Electronic warfare testing, signal collection, jamming, countermeasure characterization, and range testing.
- Autonomy, UGV, and small UAS integration, including perception, navigation, command and control (C2), and human-machine teaming.
- Munitions and fuzing experience, including setback survivability, safe-and-arm systems, warhead/effects characterization, or lethality testing.
- Environmental and qualification testing, including vibration, shock, thermal, and EMI/EMC.
- Test automation frameworks such as LabVIEW, TestStand, or equivalent tools.
- Linux-based test environments and CI/CD for embedded software testing.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital-engineering traceability tools.
- Experience with Verification Cross-Reference Matrices (VCRMs), Verification and Validation Plans (VVPs), or equivalent artifacts for DoD milestone reviews.
