Surgery Manager Location: Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35660 Seniority Level: Senior / Management Work Arrangement: Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Surgery Manager to support and manage surgical services in a healthcare setting in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
The ideal candidate will have a current Alabama State Board of Nursing license, required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and two to three years of surgery experience. Candidates must also demonstrate at least five years of work experience in which management skills have been demonstrated.
This is a senior-level opportunity for a nursing professional with surgical experience and proven management capabilities who can relocate to Muscle Shoals within 30 days of selection.
Required Qualifications
Licensure and Certifications
- Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), as applicable to the position and clinical responsibilities.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of five years of work experience demonstrating management skills.
• Two to three years of surgery experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply management skills in a healthcare or clinical setting.
