Program Analyst, Senior

Job Summary:

Provides senior-level analytical support for program and project management activities by evaluating objectives, analyzing requirements and schedules, conducting analyses, and supporting documentation and data management efforts.

Essential Duties:

• Applies analytical techniques in evaluating program and project objectives
• Analyzes requirements
• Analyzes status information
• Analyzes budgets
• Analyzes schedules
• Performs management analyses
• Performs technical analyses
• Performs business case analyses
• Collects data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Completes data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Organizes data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Tracks program and project status
• Tracks program and project schedules
• Applies government processes for documentation management
• Applies government processes for change control management
• Applies government processes for data management

Education:

• MA/MS degree

Experience:

• More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Ability to perform analytical evaluations
• Ability to analyze budgets and schedules
• Ability to organize and interpret program data
• Knowledge of documentation management processes
• Knowledge of change control management processes
• Knowledge of data management processes

Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $120,000- $180,00 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
