Configuration Mgt Analyst

Job Summary:

Supports aircraft and product programs through configuration management activities, including maintaining configuration control, tracking changes, coordinating engineering change proposals, and supporting documentation and data management processes.

Essential Duties:

• Collects data relating to aircraft and product programs
• Organizes data relating to aircraft and product programs
• Interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs
• Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data
• Tracks configuration changes
• Coordinates development of Engineering Change Proposals
• Supports development of Engineering Change Proposals
• Applies government processes for documentation management
• Applies government processes for change control management
• Applies government processes for data management

Education:

• BA/BS degree

Experience:

• 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Knowledge of configuration management principles
• Knowledge of documentation control processes
• Knowledge of change control management
• Knowledge of data management processes
• Ability to organize and interpret technical data
