Procurement Engineering Manager Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (on-site) · Pay: $129,000–$240,000 Lead procurement engineers who make sure purchased parts meet design, quality and cost needs. What you'll do
- Lead procurement engineers supporting supplier selection and part qualification
- Resolve technical supplier issues with engineering and quality
- Drive cost reduction and obsolescence management
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 8+ years in aerospace engineering or supply chain, 2+ leading teams
Program Planning & Operations Manager Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (on-site) · Pay: $129,000–$240,000 Lead program planners and control account managers for complex aircraft programs. What you'll do
- Lead integrated scheduling, earned value and program control
- Manage cost/schedule integration across functions
- Report program health to leadership and customers
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in program planning or EVMS, 2+ leading teams
- Experience with integrated master schedules and EVM tools
