REQUIREMENTS

Seeking an Electrical Patent Associate with semiconductor industry experience. This position is ideal for a professional who has worked directly in the semiconductor industry and understands the technical, commercial, and practical realities of semiconductor design, manufacturing, fabrication processes, and related technologies. Industry experience is a key requirement for this role.

Successful candidates will have experience working with leading technology companies on patent drafting, prosecution, portfolio strategy, litigation, inter partes review, and related intellectual property matters involving semiconductors and the semiconductor industry. Specific requirements include the following:

• Prior experience working with semiconductor-related patents
• Industry experience in the semiconductor industry
• Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where the firm has an office.
• A background in electrical engineering or a related degree is required. Advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
