Production Associate

Production Associate -- Full Time ** ** Spirit Services | Custom Apparel Production Schedule: Monday--Friday | 7:30 AM -- 4:00 PM No Nights or Weekends! Spirit Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Production Associate to join our busy custom apparel production team! This is a full-time, hands-on position in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities while maintaining quality and efficiency. Job Responsibilities ** ** Daily responsibilities will vary based on production needs and may include, but are not limited to: - Operating Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment. - Applying custom designs to apparel using commercial heat presses. - Receiving, unpacking, verifying, and organizing incoming inventory. - Inspecting finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. - Preparing and organizing garments and materials for production. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. - Assisting with additional production tasks and other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements ** ** - Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. - Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. - Ability to lift and move boxes and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. - Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs. - Willingness to assist in different areas of the department as needed. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Previous experience in apparel production, printing, or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate! Compensation & Benefits ** ** Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Full benefits available after 90 days of employment
