Work closely with system architects, developers, and product teams to design and implement effective cloud-based solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, technical planning, and project execution activities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Evaluate existing cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to performance, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service and white-glove technical support to customers and stakeholders.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple technical priorities, and collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) authorization.
