Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device and endpoint management.
Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate infrastructure administration, deployments, and monitoring processes.
Implement infrastructure automation using infrastructure as code methodologies and tools.

Collaborate with security teams to implement cloud security best practices and identify and mitigate technical risks.
Support the migration of applications, software, and services to Microsoft Azure.
Work closely with system architects, developers, and product teams to design and implement effective cloud-based solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, technical planning, and project execution activities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Evaluate existing cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to performance, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service and white-glove technical support to customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an adjacent technical discipline and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, OR a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience without a bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated hands-on experience engineering, administering, and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud service models, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server operating systems deployed in Microsoft Azure.

Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities, including the development and maintenance of administrative automation.
Experience implementing or supporting automated cloud infrastructure deployments.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving cloud infrastructure, identity management, and Microsoft services.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple technical priorities, and collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) authorization.
Ability to work on-site in Ashburn, Virginia, at least one day per week.
