YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the center of the customer experience, processing purchase orders, coordinating order entry, managing expedite and deferral requests, and ensuring customers stay informed about order status and due dates. Throughout your day, you'll communicate with customers, support Outside Sales Representatives, answer incoming calls, follow up on orders to ensure timely completion, and collaborate with Quality Assurance to provide requested production documentation.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment procedures and administrative recordkeeping
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer service focus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Abiliyt to work independently

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
