Job Overview

Reports to: Department Supervisor

Location: Everett, WA

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

· Operate machine to enhance surface of parts

· Determine usage of different machines according to customer requirements

· Anticipate and overcome production-related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and unavoidable delays where possible and plan to reduce their impact on the operation

· Perform daily tests to determine size and shape of media

· Run test specimens and provide them to customers as required

· Coordinate company projects and programs designed to support different initiatives Communicate with customer service on recovery dates and expected completion dates for processing Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and submit maintenance requests for further maintenance work

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ensure that the production process is carried out in a safe manner according to the goals set by the company and maximize throughput
• Determine usage of different machines according to customer requirements

Requirements:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (Required)

Experience- Relevant Experience Preferred

Benefits:

Compensation Range: $20.77 to $23.00 per hours (DOE) + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Work Environment:

Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).
