- Ensure test activities comply with MIL-STD, aerospace regulatory requirements, and internal quality processes.
- Support audits and reviews by providing compliant documentation and evidence packages.
- Third-Party Vendor Evaluation:
- Review, interpret, and summarize external vendor test reports (e.g., environmental, EMI/EMC, reliability).
- Assess vendor data for completeness, validity, and compliance against contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, or discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Generate clear, concise test reports, compliance summaries, and technical justifications.
- Present findings to cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and program management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with systems, design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support design reviews, test readiness reviews (TRR), and verification closure reviews.
