Sr. Financial Analyst

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who will serve as a strategic business partner to operations leadership. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and reporting while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with plant, logistics, procurement, and operations leaders to analyze performance and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive-level financial reporting.
• Support profitability analysis, capital investments, and ROI modeling.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close and financial controls.
• Drive process improvements through automation, Power BI, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of Financial Analysis/FP&A experience.
• Manufacturing, operations, or cost accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business leaders.
