Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Team Leader to join a growing specialty contracting company. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while leading and developing a project management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Project Managers and support staff
• Manage multiple projects from planning through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, costs, and margins
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and field activities
• Manage change orders, project issues, and client concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers and general contractors
• Improve project management processes and overall project execution

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction, specialty contracting, subcontracting, or a skilled trade
• Proven experience leading and developing employees
• Strong understanding of project budgets, P&L, costs, and margins
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
• Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills
• Self-starter who can take ownership and manage multiple priorities
• Microsoft Office proficiency; project management software or QuickBooks experience is a plus

Specialty contractor or trade experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience working for general contractors. The company is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and grow into a broader leadership role.
