Recruiters, Contract x2

Vaco is seeking two hands-on Contract Recruiters to provide immediate recruiting support for current and upcoming hiring needs. Located in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation starting at $30 an hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own active requisitions and manage full-cycle recruiting with minimal ramp-up
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates
• Recruit across marketing, sales/field sales, engineering, and other professional functions
• Build strong candidate pipelines, particularly within the Cincinnati-area market
• Partner closely with hiring managers on candidate needs, expectations, interviews, and market feedback
• Learn the organization and roles well enough to effectively represent opportunities to candidates
• Facilitate interviews and maintain strong onsite partnership with hiring managers
• Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other approved sourcing tools

Must-Haves

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to quickly take ownership of requisitions
• Proven success with proactive/passive candidate sourcing
• Strong hiring-manager partnership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively attract and sell candidates on opportunities
• Recruiting experience across professional functions such as engineering, marketing, sales, or field sales
