Portfolio Property Manager Location: New York, NY Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + comprehensive benefits

Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to oversee luxury NYC condominium and cooperative properties, ensuring efficient operations, strong financial performance, and exceptional property standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital improvement projects, including façade restorations, elevator upgrades, heating systems, and HVAC.
• Manage budgets, financial statements, arrears, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and property governing documents.
• Partner with onsite property managers, boards, and vendors to improve operations and service quality.
• Utilize property management and accounting systems to support reporting and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of property management experience.
• Extensive NYC condo and co-op property management experience.
• Luxury residential property management background.
• Proven experience managing major capital projects.
• Strong financial, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
