Senior IT Project Manager – ERP Implementations Location: Indianapolis, IN – Castleton Schedule: Hybrid Contract: 10+ months Position Overview We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple ERP implementation projects for a growing organization. This is a client-side role, working directly with an external ERP implementation partner to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects and workstreams.
• Manage the external implementation partner, including SOWs, scope, change orders, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and project decisions.
• Oversee ERP workstreams including financial setup, data migration, integrations, UAT, and cutover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of client-side ERP implementation experience using a third-party implementation partner.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing implementation partners, including SOW/scope management and change order negotiation.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP workstreams.
• NetSuite experience preferred; Dynamics or Sage Intacct also considered.
• Experience in a private-equity-owned or highly cost/timeline-driven environment.
