Human Resources Manager | Columbia, SC Established professional services organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR business partner for offices throughout the Carolinas in the legal industry. This role will lead employee relations, workplace investigations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Professional services or law firm experience preferred
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft 365, and reporting systems
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
