FP&A Consultant

Vaco has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization that is seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to provide interim support during a key finance leadership transition. The company was recently acquired by a public company and is navigating new reporting requirements, creating an immediate need for a hands-on finance professional who can support forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis efforts.

Job Title: FP&A Consultant (Part-Time) Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $55 - $60 per hour Project Duration: 3-6 months Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and maintain a weekly 13-week cash flow forecast for reporting to the parent company

• Support monthly close activities and financial reporting requirements

• Perform budget-to-actual analysis and identify key business drivers

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations during a period of organizational transition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience

• Manufacturing industry experience required

• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities

• Must be local to the Phoenix area and able to be onsite occasionally
