Client Service Advisor

Vaco has partnered with a well-established financial services organization that is expanding its client support team. They are seeking a Client Service Advisor who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid Pay Rate: $25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist business clients with a variety of banking and account-related questions over the phone.
• Create a positive client experience by listening carefully, identifying needs, and providing clear solutions.
• Help clients navigate common issues involving online access, transactions, deposits, statements, and account services.
• Research questions and partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Build knowledge of banking products, services, and processes through a structured training program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in banking, financial services, customer service, or client support.
• Recent college graduates with strong customer service and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional phone presence.
