Billing Specialist Location: Norwood, OH | Pay: $24–$30/hour
Our client is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist for an immediate onsite opportunity in Norwood, OH. This role will support billing across multiple entities and requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can independently research discrepancies and maintain accurate billing records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices across multiple entities and projects.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Support accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Utilize ComputerEase or a similar ERP system to manage billing.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the accounting team.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite, with flexible daytime hours.
