AP SPECIALIST – CONTRACT TO HIRE
Location: West Los Angeles | Hybrid Schedule Pay: up to $32/hr, depending on experience Type: Contract | Immediate Start
Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a growing organization in the West Los Angeles area that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis. Experience with NetSuite and Concur is a must!
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform 2- and 3-way matching
- Code and enter invoices into the ERP system
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with vendor inquiries and account maintenance
- Process payments and support AP-related reporting
- Assist with month-end AP activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- High-volume invoice processing experience
- Experience with NetSuite and Concur a must
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with an ERP/accounting system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment
- Excel proficiency preferred
