Title: Temporary, PR Sample Coordinator

Salary Range: $25-$30 per an hour

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Support in daily sample trafficking, coordinating pull requests, shipments, and returns with the warehouse team.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory and tracking systems, including check-ins, check-outs, and sample condition.
• Maintain an organized showroom, ensuring samples are properly labeled and stored.
• Monitor outstanding loans and proactively follow up on overdue samples.
• Support seasonal sample transitions, including new collection intake, inventory audits, and sample returns.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the PR team as needed.

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fashion PR, showroom management, sample coordinator, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with fashion media, stylists, and the editorial landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communciation skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sample tracking platforms such as Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and day-to-day coordinaton
