Assistant Supervisor - Assistant Catering Manager

Position Announcement Utah Valley University is seeking a part-time Assistant Catering Manager to help lead catering operations and deliver exceptional service for campus events. Working under the direction of the Catering Associate Director, this position supports daily department operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff, coordinating office activities, and working with clients to ensure successful special events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude, and enjoys helping a team deliver high-quality service. This role also provides the opportunity to take on catering management responsibilities in the manager’s absence. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3:30 pm, sometimes Saturday and Sunday.
