Overview

Edith Bowen Laboratory School at Utah State University is looking for an Office Assistant Substitute to work in the main office. This is an as needed position with availability between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday during the EBLS school year.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Let visitors in through the front door buzz in system.
• Assist students with needs
• Check in/Check out visitors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Dependable
