Stepdown - General RN

Unit Details: Neuro/Stroke SDU: Exp with patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, acute stroke care, neuro trauma management, and medical-surgical level care. Candidates must be experienced with NIHSS assessments, telemetry monitoring, tracheostomy care, vented patients, BiPAP/CPAP, High-Flow Oxygen, chest tubes, urinary catheters, central lines, and non-titrating cardiac drips administered per protocol, assisting with central line placement and lumbar punctures.

Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required
