Unit Details: Cardiac Stepdown/Telemetry RN needed to care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, including post-procedure cardiac catheterization, PCI, TAVR, STEMI, ablation, and pacemaker patients. Candidates must have experience with bedside cardioversions, bubble study echocardiograms, blood transfusions, non-titrating cardiac drips, chest tubes, central lines, and post-procedural cardiac care, tracheostomies, chronic mechanical ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and High-Flow Oxygen therapy. Strong telemetry interpretation and cardiac patient management experience required.
Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required
